At Naseem Perfume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the perfume in its original box and shipping carton to ensure the bottle is protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
